Thank you to everyone who joined this author at the Whitewater Memorial Library for her very first author talk!

And a special thank you to Jean for hosting! This would not have been possible without you!

If you didn't make it to the Whitewater Library event... don't fret. There are more opportunities to meet L. D. Claassen and learn about her book!

October 3rd, 2026 is the Frederic Remington Fall Festival in Whitewater, Kansas. She has reserved a booth. Be sure to stop by!

And there is a second event in the works for Potwin, Kansas!

L. D. Claassen writes character-driven fiction filled with mystery, twists, and emotional rollercoasters. Her stories explore resilience in the face of impossible odds while remaining free of explicit content. When she isn't writing, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new ideas for future adventures... or new angles for current ones.

She is the creator of The Paradox System, a multi-book arc where loyalty, identity, and trust are constantly rewritten under pressure. Her stories often blur the line between protection and control, blame and responsibility, and the quiet was people break when the systems around them crumble.

"And when they had read it, they rejoiced because of its encouragement."
